Our staff works with housing and community development agencies and housing authorities to develop new financial underwriting policies and tools, engage in strategic and program planning for new initiatives, research and provide quantitative backed recommendations for policies, provide training for staff to deepen their knowledge and capabilities, and provide financial/underwriting review for RFPs and RFQs.
