Founded in 2006, Mosaic is a real estate development and financial consulting firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area with a focus on affordable housing and community development.

 

We partner with developers, owners, government agencies, and community-based non-profits to build vibrant and equitable communities through real estate development, strategic planning, financial consulting and technical assistance.

 

We provide project management and owner representation services to nonprofit developers, owners, and public agencies.  Our staff have many years of experience as development directors and project managers and have worked on a broad variety of development projects and portfolios.  We are dedicated to collaborating with our clients to work through the unique challenges of each development project.    

 

We provide financial consulting and technical assistance to public agencies and developers.  Our staff works with housing and community development agencies and housing authorities to develop new financial underwriting policies and tools, engage in strategic and program planning for new initiatives, research and provide quantitative backed recommendations for policies, provide training for staff to deepen their knowledge and capabilities, and provide financial/underwriting review for RFPs and RFQs.
